Nothing but amazing things to say about this BBQ spot! I want to start off my review by giving a s/o to the staff. My server was so kind and made me feel so welcome and was so happy to offer suggestions. The food was perfection. Not only was the presentation gorgeous, i mean just look at the plates! But the flavors were spectacular. Besides having the best meats and sides, each table is loaded up with 4-5 different BBQ sauces created by Barrel & Boar that take the meal to the next level. My one note about this Barrel & Boar location is that the bathroom is a bit scary and could use some up-keeping but that's just me being picky.
One of the best BBQ places I have ever eaten at! The corn bread and butter was so popable, the mac and cheese was so gooey and hot. Worth the scenic drive!
DELICIOUS!!!! Must try...I repeat, must try! The ribs were fall off the bone amazing and the Mac n' cheese was cheesy and full of flavor. The ribs did have lots and lots of flavor...I admit I did scrap some of the seasoning off, but it was enjoyable for sure. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Love this place. The brisket is delicious. The sauce is amazing. Partnering with their brewery, they also provide local beer. We traveled to Hocking Hills for hiking. It's definitely worth the 20 min drive for good food. Also, our host was very personable and inviting. The experience is more like visiting a good friend.

The BBQ Mac with brisket is an amazing combination. Fast, friendly service. Great portion size. Comfy, especially with the outdoor seating on a cool summer evening.
The best BBQ in Ohio, hands down! Love the fresh ingredients and made-from scratch everything. We got the burnt ends, the brisket, the crispy Brussels sprouts, the cornbread muffins, and the tater tots. All perfect. We will be back!
This is Barrel and Boar: 10-10. Hands down the best BBQ I've had in a while. Every bite of the Mac & Cheese was flavorful and deliciously cheesy. The corn casserole was sweet and creamy. The BBQ and ribs were to die for. AND Best of all, the price was right! A huge plus was that the customer service was great! The outdoor seating options were much appreciated although we sat inside. Whenever I am in town next, I will be back!! This restaurant may have been renamed or under new ownership now, it is no longer The Smoked Food Factory. I am not from the area and therefore accidentally posted my review for the Gahanna location (edits to follow).
So, walking in to the place I noticed that there weren't a lot of tables. Of course, the location is a bit odd for a restaurant so you have to build to your planned traffic. Nonetheless, there was no problem getting a seat. Now, on to the menu. If you are familiar with Barrel and Boar, this has a much trimmed down menu. Which is OK, because almost everything is a hit. I ordered the Stacked Mac and Cheese and it was AMAZING. My friend ordered the Pig Big and yes, it was big. And he enjoyed it immensely. TLDR; Just go there and enjoy!
